LankaSecure offers the following services free of charge to facilitate secured investments in Treasury Bills and Bonds.
LankaSecure e-Statements
Facilitates for periodic electronic statements of LankaSecure through email as e-Statements in place for physical statements.
An eco-friendly, cost-effective initiative to move for digital correspondences as go-paperless is the new normal.
Accordingly, all LankaSecure statements will be issued as e-statements from 01.04.2024 onwards and the physical statements will be discontinued.

Real-Time SMS & Email Notifications
Facilitates for instant/ real-time alerts on movements in government securities in the securities accounts (credits/debits) via SMS and email to the registered mobile number / email address in the LankaSecure system.
All investors are encouraged to register for real-time alerts
by providing a valid mobile number / email address to the relevant custodian institute (Licensed Bank or Primary Dealer) and
be on alert on the investments made on Government Securities.
LankaSecureNet Facility
Facilitates for the internet based online viewing for all the securities accounts in the Central Depository System (CDS). Investors can view transaction details, payment details and outstanding balances in their securities accounts from anywhere at any time (24*7).
To register for the facility, duly filled applications to be handed over to the relevant custodian institute.

Balance Confirmation of Treasury Bills and Bonds
Facilitates to obtain statements of outstanding balances in securities accounts by LankaSecure for specific purposes such as annual or periodic audits, for visa applications, for regulatory requirement submissions etc., upon a formal request.
Investors who wish to obtain statements for the above purposes may forward the requests to lankasecureservices@cbsl.lk
