Note 1: Due to inability of the company to comply with regulatory capital requirements and/or adhere to the Master Plan for Consolidation of NBFIs (Master Plan) following regulatory restrictions have been imposed.

Note 2: The Commercial High Court of Colombo ordered that the winding up of ETI Finance Limited be carried out subject to the Supervision of the Court on the 15th day of December 2023. Further, the Court ordered that Mr. Gerard Jeevananthan David, C/o, S J M S Associates, 3rd Floor, No. 11, Castle Lane, Colombo 04 be appointed as the Liquidator of ETI Finance Limited.
