Awareness Programmes
The Communications Department of the Central Bank conducts, in association with other departments, various educational activities.
Seminars for School Children and Teachers
Upon request, the department conducts seminar sessions on subjects related to economics and finance, organised by schools in their premises. For the Bank to take part in these seminars there must be a minimum of 200 participants. The Bank also conducts these seminar sessions, upon the availability of resource persons, for group visitors to the Currency Museum.
Exhibitions and Trade Fairs
The Bank participates in exhibitions and trade fairs with the objective of enhancing public awareness on the role and functions of the Central Bank. The Currency Museum displays, an EPF information counter and a sales outlet for the Bank publications are some of the regular exhibits.
