Regional Development Lending Programmes
The Central Bank acts on behalf of the Government as the apex agency to implement the following donor funded and Government funded lending programmes for key economic sectors in the regions through selected Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs):

Agricultural Sector
1.1 Second Perennial Crops Development Project Revolving Fund Loan Scheme - SPCDPRF
1.2 Tea Development Project Revolving Fund Loan Scheme - TDPRF

Small and Medium Enterprise Sector
2.1 Matale Regional Economic Advancement Project Revolving Fund Loan Scheme ( MREAPRF)
2.2 Sabaragamuwa Province Integrated Rural Development Project Revolving Fund Loan Scheme (SPIRDPRF)
2.3 Small Business Revival Programme - SBRP
2.4 SUSAHANA Loan Scheme
2.5 European Investment Bank ( EIB ) - Post Tsunami Line of Credit - ( Contract B )
2.6 Construction Sector Development Project

Micro Finance Sector
3.1 Dry Zone Livelihood Support Partnership Programme
3.2 Small Holder Out Grower Development Project
3.3 Small Farmers and the Landless Credit Project - SFLCP
3.4 Poverty Alleviation Micro Finance Project Revolving Fund Loan Scheme - PAMPRF
