Audit Committee
The three (3) member Audit Commitee appointed by the Monetary Board is chaired by a non-executive Board member. The other two members, who are required to have expertise in financial matters, have been drawn from outside the Central Bank. The Audit Committee reviews and advises the Monetary Board on the Central Bank's financial reporting process, the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls and the scope and results of the internal and external audit. It also assists in developing and monitoring a bank-wide risk management system for the Central Bank
